The Bureau struggled with that doc long and hard. What it shows is more evidence of Russian involvement which is already very well established.

This looks to be the case of which of the nine folks with Russian ties will be the first to crack and turn on the boss. Likely will take a while. The FUNNY part will come when Don may say - well those people working for me, THEY might have done something, but I didn't know anything.
