Looking for the best approach for Health Care

What we KNOW is that our system in the US fails. There was a time 30-40 years ago, US was way high number one. Hasn't been that in a long while. And we don't even provide the best level or quality of care anymore.

Knowing that then, what is the approach? What do we do, knowing that? There are systems in place in other nations that surpass ours. Best Practices - worth looking at, don't you think. And yes some variety of single payer is the model that functions highest.
