that the very existence of a state is a violation of NAP.
minarchists believe that a state is necessary to ensure the NAP is protected. The states role should be limited to only that but there must be a state.
They both believe the same things but they do arrive at two very different conclusions on how to implement their beliefs.
To me the state vs no state is a very big deal (even though they both accurately fall under the umbrella of libertarianism)
