school' that houses the degenerates!

What responsibility does the parent have in this? Children are having children and they are not equippped to handle basic life skills..... THIS is where the 'Black Leadership' need to actually be leaders.

There is no easy solution to the problem described. It took 3 generations for this to evolve and will likely take twice as long to socially reengineer that behavior back to 'acceptable' levels
