I never said or implied those recruits would all be elite 5-stars like MPJ and Jontay.

Let me put it this way: If he had a full recruiting cycle in 2017, he would have gotten all the recruits he currently has (Porters, Harris, Tilmon) *plus* a couple more from the top 100 to replace CVL and Geist. That was point, which you misinterpreted as you often do.
