I mean, you want qualified folks in the offices - so a Rex Tillerson, with experience heading up one of the largest energy companies in the world, with connections all over the globe, would seem to be an ideal guy. But while you're in the position, man, that's tough to swallow. And then they leave and go back to some "paid consultant" position at astronomical sums because they're connected. American Way, I guess.
