Meaning that as you age you will be put into higher risk groups with higher premium-thus not receiving the same benefit of reduced risk premium from being in a broader risk group as you are now. The bill also allows the return of caps on the amount paid for catastrophic coverage which means in your greatest time of need you will get less. That may not seem important for the younger crowd now, but there will be a lot of regret at some point in their life
