Much effort seems to be to slough off fed expense AND lose the economy of scale benefit in the process - to the states. End result the Fed LOOKS better maybe, but the citizen, the tax payer is screwed.

Hope you enjoy the remnants of controlling House, Senate and WH, b/c the clock will be ticking faster now.
