They were still playing by old rules and were unprepared for the effect social media, even outright lies, would have controlling the false narrative.
But many of the police deaths since can be directly attributed to the false narratives and groups like The Nation of Islam, BLM, and The New Black Panthers, along with Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan, triggering the mentally unstable and the career criminals into acting out against police.
