That's what needs to happen. STOP building levees. Stop building in wetlands and bottomlands. One day Chesterfield Bottoms will be hit by another flood. Hold communities that built their levees higher than authorized by the Corp responsible. Stop government buyouts for flood victims. Stop authorizing retail center's like the one Kroenke wants in Maryland Heights.

Flooding is one of the easiest weather to protect against IMO
