Did Susan Rice know for a fact that Assad had hidden chemical weapons when they made a big show of getting rid of them. CONTEXT BOY.
Now If Susan Rice knew for a fact that Assad still had these weapons when she said that Obama had arranged for him not to - then THAT would be a lie.
Was that the case? I don't think so. So no, when you look at the CONTEXT, she did not lie. IF she knew Assad had weapons and stated as fact he did not - that would be a lie. IF he said he got rid of them all but had not, that is simply being wrong, not lying.
