after Josh P. Haith'd his way to Georgia Tech. At least Penny has some coaching experience. I would strongly recommend him getting an assistant coaching gig even for a year. Assuming he's good financially, he could give a Sean Miller, Cal (ideally Martin) a break & get a year of experience on a D1 staff in exchange for a rave review & a fantastic recruit. If I'm advising him, get on a top five sideline for a season & if Tubby bombs for much longer at Memphis, get back to town as the hero head coach.
