If our military had been weakened over the last 8 years, a conjecture I don't necessarily support - tell me, how did that happen?
Would the world be in a less 'provocative state' had we landed troops in Syria? What are you suggesting.
You think we should spend half our revenue on the army? That's fckd up.
Your word game on taxes fail. The elites have gotten about 90+% of the economic gains in the last 30 years, they don't pay that level of taxes. But I am full-bore supporter of progressive tax rates. The really rich in the US used to pay 50-70-90% tax rates and remained plenty rich. Corporate taxes in the 1960s accounted for 37% of revenue. Today that is 6%.
Landed Aristocracy comes from the elimination of the Inheritance tax.
Trump says he wants "water boarding and worse". Torture. Internationally verboten. Morally abominable.
Trump SIGNED THE BILL allowing a return to the allowing coal mining companies to DUMP SLUDGE into mountain streams. One of the three bills he signed in six weeks was that. And you are gottamned right I call you out on pollution and streams and air. What do think the EPA and a sundry regs - that the GOP look to eliminate - actually do? And if you "wanted responsible regs" WHERE are they? WHERE are the proposals for such. No, no. Just eliminate them, Mr business man will do what is right.
