What specifics did you hear in the speech?

How are we going to have 4% GDP growth? How will tax reform work? How is the alternative medical care plan different than what we have now and how does it keep people insured?

This speech was similar in tone to his inauguration speech. Now, people want specifics, and he's still devoid of them.
