hype, gets to the Tournament sometimes and then doesn't do much. Smart has a Final Four, and is now bombing at a P5 school where recruits are begging to play.

It's largely hype, because these guys can recruit well. Like with Cuonzo - TB loves that guy solely because they think he can recruit STL, basically.
