I was addressing your belief that you get to decide which laws are valid and which are not. That is asinine and one of the many ways that you have worked yourself so far out to the fringe that nothing you say is taken seriously by most TBers.
As to the merits of the case, as i said I have not looked into them yet. But generally the police have a wide latitude to stop and question someone if they have a reasonable suspicion that criminal activity is going on. Reasonable suspicion, not proof. They can detain and question you. Running at that time is definitely probable cause to stop you and investigate further. Finally I cannot think of a single instance where a civilian has the RIGHT to point a weapon at an officer in the pursuance of his lawful duties. If you do that you will very likely die. Rightfully so.
