When it comes to what constitutes a crime and what does not my opinion and yours are unimportant.

You can claim that it is not a crime in your opinion but that is not what you do. Because you choose to believe it you state it as fact. Sorry to be the one to break this to you but you simply are not that important. And the same thing goes for rights. The fact that you believe something is a right does not make it so.

You are unoriginal, boring and dogmatic which makes you one of the least interesting posters on this board IN MY OPINION.

See how I did that? Statement of opinion, not fact. But an opinion that is more than likely shared by a healthy majority on this board.
