I assu he will be handcuffed to a great degree due to the APR and will have to encourage most to stay. I would guess Hughes will transfer immediately regardless. He was sold a bill of goods about he he and Jackson starting the rebuild, but Jackson is already gone and Hughes already quit once and can legitimately say he was improperly used, etc. I fear KA may have ruined his entire future.
