During tonight's game, when it became obvious our players were simply going through the motions against a team that is pretty good (possibly top 15 but no better), I actually began hoping Florida would hit every shot. I was actually "rooting" for the other team. There was no good reason to do this because it seemed fairly obvious KA would be fired regardless, but I found myself hoping for the "kill-shot". Praying that no possible human could ever again disagree about KA's failure and without absolute certainty agree he needs to be relieved of his duties. When it was 38-9, I instead began feeling for our players and their families. My mindset changed. After all, these are young men who should more probably be playing at a much lower level and competing for something altogether different. I have some respect for guys like Terrence Phillips, Jordan Geist, Russell Woods and Kevin Puryear for attempting to play in the SEC however unlikely that would seem. Guys like Jordan Barnett and Frankie Hughes , I can do without. No effort guys dont belong. Guys like CVL and Reid Nikko would never have been better than walk-ons under any circumstances since 1960. These guys have all been let down by a terrible head coach who has taken advantage of every miserable "excuse" handed to him, but continues to get worse, Much worse.
