I did not say there were no celebrations. But to suggest that the whole middle east celebrated it is false. That's all.

DOOOOOOCHEBAG - I will bury you when it comes to US-led sanctions against Iraq. FACT- those sanctions delayed availability of potable water for YEARS. Yes, they were UN-Sanctions. Time and time and time and time again the UN committee in charge looked to lift them the US said No. That Bill Clinton. Their BS reasoning was that Saddam would "weaponize' PVC tubing and PVC pipes.
This is not quibbling mthrfckr. OUR actions led to tons of needless suffering and death. And then some poster comes out whining about someone over there actually hitting back.

The IDEA, the driving force behind Iraq Attack was to take out ONE of the three power points in the middle east. It's army was for the most part GONE. And it was a desert so it was easy. We don't attack Iran - b/c it is mountainous and they have prolly the best military in the region. Look up PNAC - Project for a New American Century. Signees are Dick Cheney, Rumsfeld, Richard Perle, JEB, Scooter Libby interestingly not W. On their website they STATED their goal was to remake the middle east to favor Israel so it would be the unchallenged power in the region. Iran and Iraq stood in the way. They further stated what they needed was "their own Pearl Harbor" to reinvigorate US military action. Every hear of 911?
