constantly, himself, and have several coaches he'd like to hire, if the opportunity is there; in whatever sport.

If I were an AD, I'd tell any school that wanted to hire me that I'm making all the coaching hires, and not relying upon a 'committee' selected by a bunch of academic administrators.

I mean, let's face it. What do you think committees talk about? One thing I assure you is what the coach should look like.
