They should get a committee of 3 or 4 bb experts to assemble a list of half dozen or so younger but successful candidates and go behind the scenes to talk to them all, get any interest in a change in the next year or two and also arrange such potential change with Kim - and see what happens.

(If that was done in fb I wouldn't care either).

Please explain why this message is being reported.
