but playing at home will give us an edge, and the team is playing very well and should have a ton of confidence heading into that game.

I think 21 in the poll, give or take, is about right. USC lost this week to Arizona, and the other teams right ahead of us are mainly mid majors like Creighton, Dayton, and WKU, who keep on winning but play nobody. Wash State lost 2 more this week, to Oregon and Oregon State, and have lost 4 in a row and 7 out of 9, but play in a much tougher league. But I think our sweeping Kentucky on the road is going to be a wake up call for some voters, who just weren't buying into Mizzou yet.

If I had to guess I'd say we have a chance to jump USC, Creighton, Dayton, and Kentucky, and possibly Wash State, which would leave us 21/22.

I'm more concerned about RPI. I don't follow that as closely as I do in softball, so I'm not sure how close we are to the teams in front of us. Would be nice to see us pick up a few spots in the ranking though and come in around 15/16.
