I respected Pinkel for his loyalty to his coaches and players - it paid off in the long run.

Odom is the exact opposite. He turned over the staff and has already turned on his DC. He has flip flopped QBs at never the right time. Today, he flip flopped kickers and failed. His decisions seem desperate and this team is not on the same page.
