have a huge leg up with recruiting. We are already heading to two-tier system with cost-of-attendance payments that were started and the huge money involved in conference TV networks. Non-P5 school are already a huge disadvantage because they are making a fraction of the money that big schools make. This wouldn't really do anything to change that.
