Second, what has Odom really succeeded at? And I mean long-term success, not just a year or 2. He has never been a head coach at the P5 or even the mid-major, D-2, or D-3 level. And he only has 1 year of experience as a P5 coordinator. His other year was at Memphis.
The bottom line is that Odom has never really been accountable for anything, other than this season in which he has failed miserably.
