Make the games more family friendly/oriented- (similar to what they are trying in Tiger Town) the atmosphere before the game, during the game, around the concourse, during all the TV timeouts- have more entertainment production (like minor league teams and baseball has mascot races, promotions, etc..) - make it more like a festival atmosphere. Live Pre-game bands. Food Trucks.

Make tailgating easier and more accessible. Provide more space, more opportunities/areas to tailgate. Or more centralized area to tailgate.

Create an event/product that becomes a priority people put on their calendar (regardless of the product on the field)
