down from #23 last week. Despite being on a 10 match winning streak, the weakness of the first half of the SEC schedule isn't helping much.
Mizzous toughest non-conference opponents RPI rank this week:
BYU, 13, up from 14 last week
Utah, 21, up from 27 last week
Pitt, 38, down from 28 last week
Boise State, 43, up from 41 last week
Miami Ohio, 54, down from 43 last week
And in this weeks poll, Mizzou is finally getting votes, is the 8th team getting votes outside of the top 25. Florida is ranked #9, and Kentucky checks in at #23.
Huge match coming up Sunday @Alabama. They are unranked, are #39 in the RPI this week, but are clearly the 5th most talented team in the SEC, behind Florida, Kentucky, TAMU, and Mizzou, and have a home win against TAMU. Beating them on the road would be a significant accomplishment for this team. Going to be a major upgrade in talent compared to anyone we played in the last 10 matches. That part concerns me.
