failing so badly.
JeffB: "Those crying "conspiracy theorists" and blaming people with "tinfoil hats" are in fact "deniers" and many, I believe are being deliberately deceptive."
raskolnikov: The State of California did no such thing in terms of OJ.
What are you asserting? That reply seems to have no bearing on what you quoted.
Are you saying that California did not spend resources investigating &/or prosecuting OJ? Are you saying that they didn't fail to convict him? Are you saying they didn't waste resources doing the above given that they didn't convict him?
And he was not "proven" innocent, he was found innocent. There is a clear and absolute distinction.
That fact is not under dispute. Your mission, should you decide to finally accept it, is to explain the differences between California investigating and unsuccessfully prosecuting OJ for the murder of his ex-wife and her friend, and in Congress investigating and unsuccessfully prosecuting Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton.
Do you think California wasted taxpayers' time and resources in prosecuting OJ Simpson?
If not, why do you think the US wasted taxpayers' time and resources in investigating Bill and Hillary Clinton for the crimes they committed?
What are the distinctions and the differences between the OJ case and the Clintons' cases?
