To review instances of police violence. The **** going on all over this country where obvious crimes have been committed by police and then being exonerated should not happen. If department policy allows cops to hide behind them, they need to be changed. Chicago and Baltimore are prime examples.

Cops absolutely have the right to defend themselves. With that said, people also have rights that are not superseded by departmental policies.
