They don't have the ideal huge NT, but plenty of NFL teams roll out three-man fronts no smaller than what West Virginia uses (49ers went to the Super Bowl playing Smith around 270, McDonald around 275 and a starting NT at 320, but he split time pretty evenly with a guy who weighed 295).
They don't have a lot of size at linebacker, but I don't think that's essential for that system. They're going to have 8-9 in the box a lot of the time and rely on speed/confusion more than size.
