Naming Lock the clear # 1 (and not an "or") is promising

Unless Zanders runs the same offense better or as well as Lock, he shouldn't start. If he's running a different play set because he has different abilities than Lock, then I'm ok with the 'change of pace' or situational use of Zanders.
If the guy can't throw better & make better decisions than Lock, he can't be the guy. If he's a running QB (and that is his skill advantage over Lock), he can't be the starter in this league. We can't "Corby Jones' our way through SEC defenses. If Odom were to go that route (because his old coach did it that way), we'd be in trouble. I hope Zanders is great at running our Offense, making throws (& making good decisions), but Lock was just better. This is the SEC, and Lock will likely see the sideline during this season. Most QB's in this league have to clear cobwebs from time to time.
