will each help determine how many points we score each game, and how many we give up, and that will determine how many wins we get. The overall play of the entire team, vs the overall play of the opposition.
We have proven players and players who have proven they couldn't perform in previous seasons. There have been reports of improvements, and upgrades in personnel, including upgrades on the coaching staff, and staff with excellent histories who will need to mesh with all of the new faces.
There are a lot a reasons to be optimistic, and too many reasons to be pessimistic. But we haven't lost a game yet, and I'm giving Mizzou a top 25 vote until we prove on the field we don't belong there. (See Steve Spurrier and Duke.)
Anyway, it's not a total guess to think we will be significantly better on offense, but there is no hard proof yet either. As I said, I'm going to enjoy the up side, and enjoy the prospects, and hope for the best for my team.
