worried about the 2 returning QBs.
While the Tiger D might not be as good, it might be better, because it doesn't have to be on the field a ridiculous amount of time as well.
Does anybody really think the Offense is going to do anything but improve this year? I think it's unrealistic to believe there will be a repeat of the horrific performance of last year's O. New coaches, who know what they are doing, a QB who actually had a whole off season to practice and improve, rather than being thrown to the wolves mid-season, and added talent around him. We hear about the OLine pushing back in practice. That's something. We know the stud players on D, even with the loss of NFL caliber players. We've built depth there. So there is good reason to be optimistic about the O.
And the D is not a total rebuild, as Odom is still here, so there will be some continuity.
Compare that to the O which had to be blown up it was so bad. When have we had the big bruising backs in the last 10 years? I can't remember a one. Temple was medium size and a force, but now we have big heavy powerful backs. That should provide significant help.
Geogia has new bosses on both sides of the ball. There is no guarantee they will be any more proficient in their new systems than the Tigers.
