Spent a lot of money on it. You use it to bring home income to support your family.

On your way to work, you get in an accident and are injured. You truck damage is well over $10,000. Medical expenses are thousands also.

The person who hit you does not carry insurance. They have no assets you could recover in court, so no recourse is there.

Do you still believe they have a right to drive without insurance?
