but I would point out that what you see as left people who think making money comes easy often work just as hard but believe that opportunity and not just hard work is a key component of success. In other words, you have to work for it, but hard work without opportunity only gets you so far.
We can argue about what opportunity should mean in terms of politics and government assistance but I can tell you this....I feel for people who do not have good parents showing them how to become solid citizens and how to work. That doesn't mean they get a pass but for every person who has decided to not do the things they need to do in life to be a good citizen there are, in my opinion, at least two other trying. We just don't read about them because as you said, they go to work and struggle. That's their life. They're too busy to commit crimes or do drugs or cause havoc in their community.
