but Biden is a crazy loon. I am not sure he is electable in a normal election cycle, because he has a LOT of flaws if he is put to that kind of scrutiny.

But as a last second throw-in to the race by Dems if they had to find a sudden replacement, Biden could be a true wild card. He is a complete idiot, but he would be able to get by with little criticism if he were a late entry to the race.
