think that.

I'm simply making the point that people wouldn't be in police custody (more than likely) if they simply followed the law. When they break the law, they're putting themselves in that situation. They're making things MUCH worse by resisting or attempting to evade arrest. If they find themselves in an encounter with the police whether or not the law was broken, COMPLY!
