in apartment complexes where the private dwelling places are small with fold up bed but with major nicely out-fitted shared space, big industrial-sized kitchens and an active social network built in. Recent opening of one of these places saw 6,000 applications for 100 units. Now the scarity of housing in places like Seattle and SF and NYC is a driving factor, there is more at play here - a basic human drive to live in communities rather than being walled off. That is something - politically - that the Clinton campaign is totally missing whereas the Sanders camp embraced it well.
