Ron Howard directed this story about the rivalry between Nikki Lauda and James Hunt in the Formula One racing circuit in the 70's. Maybe it resonated more with me because I followed the story back then.

Howard said that gaining the approval of the way that the story was told from the Formula One drivers of that era was the best and most satisfying accomplishment that he made as a director since the approval he received for Apollo 13 from the astronauts.

The DVD is in the Netflix catalog.

Highly recommended.
