as the coast. Cost of living is higher, but almost all in housing. Gas, groceries, utilities, all about the same here as they were in Missouri. Some groceries are even cheaper.

Housing though? I could live in a mansion on acreage in Columbia for what we are paying for a 4000 sq.ft. home on a postage stamp here.
