If you wanna buy you just gotta wait out the market like I did.

Gas is generally a dollar higher than everywhere else, besides that, the taxes don't seem too bad.

My property tax is 1%, sales tax is 9% I think.

Income tax isn't horrible, I've never really sat down to figure it out though. We always end up overpaying and get a refund.

It's mostly the housing market. It's back to insanity levels again.
