thought that it was an accidental discharge precisely b/c there was literally no reason to shoot and the nature of the injury absolutely suggested a grazing wound or that he skipped a round off the pavement and it ricocheted and grazed him. the guy said it felt like a mosquito bite. hardly worthy of the death penalty in return.
