make no mistake, i'm not defending this officer. he ****ed up but to call for the death penalty for being a really ****ty marksman (training) with a really itchy trigger finger (training and a sign of the times) and grazing a guy in the leg is ludicrous.

investigate it. charge him appropriately. let the judicial system work it out. and fire him.
