Housing Sales VOLUME hit it's PEAK in 2004.

All you're holding onto is a residual effect of an overheated market.

The housing market was a feeding frenzy. People buying with the sole intention to flip it for more.

Buy 2006 builders were going out of business because VOLUME of SALES were plummeting.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
