Not true, housing boom was at it's PEAK

Just to remind you, that's not the same as a CRASH.

That limited the opportunity. Job offer was there. But to get half the home at twice the cost severely downgraded that opportunity for me, my wife and 4 kids.

And as you know, my company was renting a condo in SOCal, while I owned my home in Missouri, where my family was living.

Turned out be the right decision. Would have set me back.

If that happened in 2010, could have been completely different, but by then the kids are in HS and no desire to move.
