many of the traditions she and her family had when they live in Poland. She still spoke Polish with others who could speak the language but she also knew English. We would celebrate Casmir Pulaski day like the Irish celebrated St. Patty's day or like the Mexicans celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Having pride in your heritage and celebrating it is a good thing.
