The problem is, most psychotics aren't diagnosed. Paranoid don't want to come in because they're paranoid. Some people have temporary psychosis because of the drugs they use.

In my experience people who are transitioning have a lot of psychopathology. For that matter though, there are people that I witness here, who have a lot of psychopathology. Are you going to start to have the government decide who is so disturbed that they should not have a weapon? There's a classic statement at first they came for them, and then they came for me. Who's going to make the diagnosis and think about the power they would have.
