he may not have had clients at his Florida home, but we can't really know that based upon selected, redacted documents released from his Florida trial.
He was clearly given a sweetheart deal in Florida, and Acosta, the prosecutor there asserted that he had given him that deal, despite the multiple pedo convictions, because he was told by the feds that Epstein was an intelligence asset.
It is very possible, probably even likely, that Acosta went easy on him during the prosecution phase, not laying out all the evidence available to him.
We know that the FBI hid vast amounts of evidence taken from Pedo Island for many years, and the DOJ isn't exactly trustworthy either.
