see that everyone is accepted. It's not about flags, posters, buttons or words. My students know they are accepted by my actions. I don't single out students for recognition because of their skin color, gender or sexuality because when you single that group out for special recognition you leave out the rest of the class.

It's stupid and devisive and serves no justifiable point in the classroom.
